Dual Credit Assistance
Dual Credit and Academic Advisors assist our Dual Credit Students.
Dual Credit students will need to talk to their high school counselor to participate. Students will work with their counselor, but can reach out for assistance to the Navarro College Dual Credit Coordinator for their district.
Once a Dual Credit student graduates from high school their Dual Credit advisor is removed from Self-Service, and the student will be reassigned an Academic advisor. The Academic advisor will help the student with finishing their admission process and enroll them in classes.
Dual Credit students who wish to continue with Navarro after they graduate high school will need to submit their official high school transcript, TSI scores in ELAR & Math (if not already submitted) and a copy of their Bacterial Meningitis shot record before they can be enrolled in classes.
*Note: If a Dual Credit has not participated in over a year, they will need to reapply to the college.
