Provisional Agreement Form
One time provisional agreement forms can be filled out thru Self-Service.
If a student is waiting on a transcript to be sent to Navarro but needs to register for classes, the student can fill out a one time provisional agreement form and submit an unofficial transcript in Self-Service under Academics.
This will lift the hold on their account for them to register for classes. Once they are registered, the hold will go back onto their account until the missing official transcript is received.
This provisional only covers the student for one semester, and the official transcript will need to be submitted to the Admissions Office before the student can register for another semester.
Note: if the student is planning on using financial aid, their financial aid will not process until the official transcript has been received.
Note: students are not recommended to fill out a provisional unless they are transient students.
