Submit Bacterial Meningitis Vaccination Records

All first-time students attending Navarro College, including transfer students as well as students who are not continuously enrolled in fall or spring semesters since Fall 2011, will be required to show evidence of vaccination.

Students are able to login to their Self-Service account and upload their record.

1. Login to self service.
2. Click on the academics tab. (On the left side of the screen)
3. Click on tab that says "Upload Admissions Documents"
4. Click the "Choose File" button and upload the file of your Meningitis Record.
5. Once file is uploaded, click next and sign your E Signature.
