Password Reset for Proxy Users

Only those with access to "DRUS" in Colleage can reset a password for Proxy users.

Reset passwords the same way as a MYNC User - try these steps first.

In Colleague, click New User Password & create a new password for the user. (Ex. sah1971)

Confirm the password and click Save All.

*Remind the Proxy User to go to selfservice.navarrocollege.edu to sign in. Then they click on their student's name to view their records.
