      Official Transcript Request

      Here's how to request an official transcript through Self-Service or our website

      Ask the student if they are a current student.

      If yes, let them know they can request one to be sent using Self-Service. It’s under Academics as Request Official Transcript.

      If no, they will need to request an official transcript thru our website. They can find it from the homepage and type Transcript Request in the search engine. Towards the bottom of the page they click ORDER OFFICIAL TRANSCRIPT ONLINE. They can also go straight the the page by typing transcript.navarrocollege.edu in their browser.

      *NOTE: If they elect for the transcript to be sent electronically, it should be sent within 30 minutes. If they requested the transcript to be sent by mail, they will be able to track it through Parchment.
