Password Reset
All students can reset their own password by logging in with their username, selecting "Forgot Password", and following the instructions.
If a student runs into a problem with trying to reset their password, you can change a student's password with Colleague and Active Directory:
- Go to Colleague.
- Open the DRUS screen & type in their student ID #, social, or full name to pull them up in the system.
- Select their username and copy it.
- Pull up the Active Directory screen and paste their name under “User Search”. When it highlights in blue, click on that. The name will appear under “Selected Users on the left side. Click on it then click next.
- Click on reset password under available actions.
- Type in the New Password.
- Click on Next.
- Click on Execute.
- Click on Return Home.
