      Home School Transcript

      What are the requirements to submit a home school transcript?

      There are eight items that need to be on a home school transcript to be accepted as official. Click here for more details. 

      Two of the main things that need to be included are the following statement, and having it notarized. 

      I, the undersigned, do hereby solemnly attest that this student has completed a secondary school education in a home school setting on the date indicated, and under the laws governing the state and county in which the home schooling occurred.
