      Drug-Free Schools and Communities Act (DFSCA) – As an institution of higher learning, Navarro College adopts and implements an Alcohol and Other Drugs (AOD) prevention program for students and employees to prevent the unlawful possession, use, or distribution of illicit drugs and alcohol.
