Requesting a Navarro College Transcript
Past and present Navarro College students can request a transcript online, and at the Admissions Office.
Students can request an electronic copy of their transcript online, or pick up a physical copy in-person at the Admissions Office for $5. Current students can find a copy of their unofficial transcript in their NC Self Service - go to the "Academics" tab on the left hand side of the screen, and click on "Unofficial Transcript."
Can someone pick up a transcript on behalf of a student?
Yes. The student needs to write a note giving permission for an individual to pick up their transcript. Should include the name of the person picking it up, date, student's name, signature, and a copy of the student's driver's license or student ID*.
*The student can add their ID at the bottom of the paper and take a picture. Then they can give a copy to the person picking up the transcript.
Note: Navarro College cannot release any students records that have been submitted to the Admissions Office, including official transcripts from other schools and/or universities. The only record that can be released is the student's transcript upon request.
