Official College Transcripts

An official transcript of any and all colleges previously attended before Navarro College will need to be submitted to the Office of Admissions & Records as well as an official high school transcript.

A sealed official, final high school and/or college transcript(s) should be sent directly to:

3. SUBMIT ASSESSMENT SCORES

Students must take a state-approved placement test and submit test scores at the time of registration. Students will not be refused admission on the basis of their scores, but scores in Reading & Writing (ELAR) and Math are needed.  These results are used in advising and placing students in proper sections of certain course areas. Tests can be scheduled at each campus' Testing Center by appointment. A photo ID is required and it is recommended for students to complete the Pre-Assessment Activity (PAA) prior to taking the TSI Assessment for the first time.

Visit the Testing Center website for details »

4. SUBMIT BACTERIAL MENINGITIS VACCINATION RECORDS

All first-time students attending Navarro College, including transfer students, who are under the age of twenty-two (22) will be required to show evidence of vaccination against bacterial meningitis. Evidence of the student having received the vaccination from an appropriate health practitioner within the past five years must be received in the Navarro College Admissions and Records Office at least ten days prior to the student’s first day in class.

Exceptions and additional information about this policy can be found on the Navarro College Policy Regarding Bacterial Meningitis page.

5. APPLY FOR SCHOLARSHIPS

We encourage all students to apply for scholarships. Most scholarships are awarded based upon ACT/SAT scores, grades, declared major, talent, leadership, ambition, and in many cases, financial need. Any one of these could qualify you for one of several different award programs at NC! Find out how and when to apply for Scholarships.
